Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.80 per hour for the second shift.

What's a typical day as a Laminator? You'll be:
• Performing a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI)
• Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI instructions
• Wrap mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process to form composite parts
• Checking for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning and reporting any discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor
• Verifying materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan
• Verifying part ID tag and signing off on work performed
• Adhering to schedules and time allowances for production requirements
