AMERICAN HONDA Part Center - FULL TIME Janitor 
Kelly Services is looking to hire a full-time janitor. This person will be in charge of keeping the facility clean by carrying out the responsibilities listed below.

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
• 20% maintenance repairs 

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds
• Good organization skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• PERFECT ATTENDANCE is a MUST

SCHEDULE: 

• MONDAY to FRIDAY
• 10:00 AM to 6:30PM
• occasional OT.
• PERFECT attendance is a MUST.

Pay: $17.50 (Free Water, Soda, Juice daily)

On-site cafeteria, Starbucks, and Honda Car Museum
