Kelly Services is seeking a IT Imaging Technician to join a busy computer setup and deployment team.

Job Title: IT Operations Imaging Coordinator
What you will be doing:
This is a level 1 position into the information technology field. This position provides technical support to desktop systems, software installs, and routine imaging and deployment tasks. Resolves desktop problems related to hardware, operating systems and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research. Troubleshooting SCCM imaging failures and incorrect behavior after user login. This position requires excellent time management skills and can work well under pressure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees and performs all computer imaging and setup for IT Depot deployment.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting PC hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor and resolve all Service Now tickets within established service level agreements.
- The ability to learn and utilize established tools and resources.
- Understand and enforce GISR security policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned tickets within established service level agreements.
- Monitor email box for ticket and status requests, updates, and escalations.
- Must work with a high level of urgency on escalated tickets.
- Work with Site IT leadership to initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate as needed with the Logistics Coordinator, who is responsible for the quality control, packing and shipping of the technology.
- Update IT Operations Depot Coordinator to ensure timelines are met.
- Partner with other IT Depots to share best practices across shifts and the network.
- Assuring the quality of products. (Assures no items will be sent or received that are damaged)
- The desire to participate in a cross functional environment by learning the different aspects of other departments.
- Minimum with 1-2 years of related experience. (Imaging experience)
- Technical degree or technical certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in PC hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Strong understanding of the Windows 10 Enterprise environment and basic network trouble-shooting skills are required.
- Acts with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work as part of a cohesive team and self-driven to accomplish goals.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
- Able to bring alternative solutions to common technical problems
- Strong organizational skills.
- Has the desire to gain knowledge and experience in various technologies currently used.
