Now hiring an Inventory Operations Specialist for our premier smart home client in Lehi, UT!

Pay: $20-$25/hr
Hours: 7am-4pm, M-F (must work 8am-5pm during training)
Location: Lehi, UT 84043
Position Type: Temp to hire

Job Summary: You will work cross-functionally with Field Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and more to support the mutual company goal of serving customers. A passion for customer service and attention to detail could make you a great fit for our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue for ad-hoc inventory requests
• Create inventory orders with exceptional attention to detail
• Create inventory orders with exceptional attention to detail
• Monitor exceptions and proactively resolve issues to prevent insufficient inventory, stockouts, incomplete work orders, and imbalance
• Support highly seasonal inventory ramp-up and ramp-down by team and region
• Partner with Logistics to mitigate transportation-related issues
• Provide support to Field Leadership and Technicians on all inventory issues
• Communicate Field Leadership and Technician feedback upwards through Supply Chain OPS Leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service, inventory planning, or inventory management
• Ability to think critically, independently, and create solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
