Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Inventory Manager - Scientific  for a year-long engagement at one of our Global client in Fishers, IN. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $29-$38/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the tracking of incoming vendor inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal logistics  teams  to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or delays in shipments.
• Update and maintain timelines for new and ongoing shipments, providing clear and accurate reporting on shipment status.
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations on inventory status, shipment timelines, and operational insights for the team.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet Clinical  demands.
• Collaborate closely with the CDMO and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between inventory and operational needs.
• Utilize Excel and Smartsheet to track, analyze, and report on inventory metrics.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems for inventory management and reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory processes and reducing operational inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to inventory management and product handling.
• Coordinate closely with the fill and finish operations to ensure seamless production flow and inventory availability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and fill & finish operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present updates to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with fill and finish operations.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and compliance.
