This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!
Shift:
- Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
Salary as an Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Manager:
- $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
Position Information:
- Manage and Oversee All Employees in the Maintenance Department. Schedule, assign and prioritize all maintenance tasks.
- Manufacturing Equipment Planning: Oversee all projects for new equipment installation, equipment relocation and equipment removal. Create detailed project plan to address each task associated with the project. Ensure that all equipment project tasks are completed in a safe and legal manner.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Preventive Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage repairs of equipment and facilities.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and oversee the design and delivery of training programs for the maintenance team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Production and Quality to ensure smooth operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance-related data for future reference and compliance.
- Ensure the quality of product by following area procedures and filling out appropriate documentation records.
What kind of experience do you need to succeed?:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
