What You'll Do:
- Lead Product Development from Start to Finish: Design, test, and optimize high-frequency analog and RF components, taking products from concept all the way through large-scale manufacturing.
- Develop Key Analog and High-Speed Circuits: Engineer critical components like Gbps equalizers, CDRs, PLLs, and transimpedance amplifiers, ensuring high performance and manufacturability.
- Advanced Simulation & Testing: Utilize top-tier EM simulators (EMX, HFSS, ADS) and testing tools to validate and perfect your designs.
- Prototype Evaluation and Debugging: Oversee prototype testing, troubleshooting, and debugging using state-of-the-art lab equipment.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with system and design-in support teams to ensure flawless integration and support during manufacturing.
- Experience with Full Lifecycle Product Development: MSEE and a minimum of 7 years in analog design, with a strong track record of moving products from the concept stage to large-scale production.
- Deep Knowledge of High-Frequency Building Blocks: Expertise in designing components like equalizers, PLLs, laser drivers, and transimpedance amplifiers.
- Proficiency in EM Simulation and Lab Testing Tools: Extensive experience with EM simulation tools and lab equipment for real-time testing and validation.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to work across teams to ensure seamless product design, launch, and scalability.
