What's a typical day as Human Resources Coordinator? You'll be:
- Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Developing a deep understanding of contract language related to attendance and disciplinary actions.
- Conducting meetings and administering corrective actions as required, while maintaining accurate attendance records and coding.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
