Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26-$28/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (must be flexible)
Location: Schenectady, NY (Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

What's a typical day as a Human Resources Analyst? You'll be:
• Validating internal data against prevailing wage rates and processing discrepancies in payroll variances.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for all prevailing wage payment inquiries and compiling HR-related reports as needed.
• Collaborating with employees and clients to ensure expectations and service levels are.
• Review and arrange work schedules to ensure client coverage.
• Ensure client expectations and service levels are being met.
• Participate in lean events/process improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison with the Client.
• Understanding of prevailing wage laws.
• Coordinating and leading prevailing wage/immediate payment process, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information & payroll details.
• Analyzing all data to support financial decisions.
• Ensure timely payments.
• Examining and verifying data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain & Update all SOP's.
• Ability to identify when data does not “add up”.
• Attention to accuracy and ability to troubleshoot/solve issues as they arise. Additional HR duties as assigned (PO Management).
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Posses a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience (required). Bachelors Degree with 3+ years experience (preferred).
• Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Executive Administration, Accounting, or a project management role with heavy Excel usage. (Required)
• Possess advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams, along with 2-5 years of payroll experience. (Required)
• Experience with Prevailing Wages. (Required)
• Demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
