DIRECT HIRE
Compensation: $95,000

What's a typical day as a Human Resource Manager? You'll be:
• Providing strategic counsel to the leadership team on the vision, mission, structure, processes, and people of the business unit
• Leading HR services initiation, oversight, and delivery for the business unit, ensuring consistent services across the organization
• Managing a team of HR professionals to support the needs of the business unit's leadership/management teams
• Coordinating and building process tools, collateral materials, and presentations to support organizational design and development initiatives
• Collaborating with the Total Rewards COE to design and administer competitive salary, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs
• Partnering with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition COE's to drive strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Conducting gap analyses and collaborating with Learning & Development COE to ensure appropriate career development programs and succession planning
• Leading staffing analysis to ensure the right teammates are in the right place at the right time
• Managing Performance Management and feedback processes to develop manager capability and drive talent management aligned with corporate strategy
• Providing proactive teammate relations guidance and counsel to business unit leadership
• Strategically partnering with the business unit leadership team to introduce, lead, and influence change management initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Have 9 or more years of related Human Resources experience
• Have 1 or more years of HR leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management experience
• Hold SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR certifications (highly preferred)
• Have exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• Can effectively coach all levels in the organization
• Have international HR experience (strongly preferred)
• Possess solid knowledge of global HR practices and procedures
• Have demonstrated strategic, critical, analytical, and innovative thinking skills
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership and teambuilding as core competencies
• Are able to interpret trends and develop strategies to address movement
• Have strong business and financial acumen
• Are an enthusiastic developer of organizational talent within the business unit
• Have experience diagnosing people (individual/team) issues and recommending interventions/solutions
• Are able to travel up to 25% as needed
