Length of Assignment: 3 months
Compensation: 19.50 per hour

What You Will Do
As an HSE Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HSE team by handling data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Your daily tasks will include:
• Entering safety and environmental metrics into internal systems and generating reports.
• Maintaining and updating HSE documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing safety-related materials.
• Recording and tracking workplace incidents, safety inspections, and audit findings for review.
• Organizing and filing safety-related documents for easy access and reference.
• Identifying opportunities to improve data entry and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
