What's a typical day as HR Representative Jr.? You'll be:
- Supporting the HR Ops team during the Workday time tracking, attendance, and scheduling implementation, reporting directly to the HR Ops manager.
- Collaborating with the internal timekeeping team to address break/fix issues and new requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assisting in the analysis and reconciliation of pay to complete the full cycle process, while preparing change request documents for configuration resources.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations, preferably in large organizations or manufacturing.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Are knowledgeable in attendance tracking complexities, absence plans, time entry templates, and payroll processes.
