Job Summary:
Proactive and experienced HR Specialist is needed in Rosharon Texas. This HR professional will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other human resources functions. The ideal candidate will help ensure a supportive and productive environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for all positions.
• Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues.
• Assist with performance management, employee development, and training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related functions.
• Assist with creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
