Salary:  $18.00 hour
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 30-40 hours a week

What's a typical day as a Hospitality Clerk? You'll be:
• Responding to Hospitality Inbox requests, assisting with scheduling, and assigning events to team members for processing
• Updating and sending weekly tour conference call reports, Modesto reports, and communicating with departments and executives
• Planning and coordinating smaller scale events for Trade while managing 10+ calendars and multiple database systems
• Identifying the level of guests through multiple communications with Sales Requestor and curating experiences accordingly
• Booking catering using internal and external vendors and updating spreadsheets for tracking and alignment
• Coordinating transportation, florals, linen rentals, offsite dining, internal tasting room bookings, gift bags, or special take away items for the event
• Preparing and completing itineraries and sending them to all stakeholders, including spokespersons, brand management teams, wine ambassadors, and hospitality staff
• Creating customized confirmation letters and maintaining all communications with the main guest with visibility to the Sales Requestor
• Managing event expenses and accounting, creating expense records through Salesforce
• Closing out invoices and sending the final invoice to Sales Requestor and Finance for chargeback
• Using the designated Phone System call center to manage calls and assist with tasting room reservations as applicable
• Providing administration support to the team
• Performing special projects as assigned by the manager
• Participating in the assimilation process for new team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate
• Have experience in hospitality, catering, event planning, event marketing, planning/scheduling, customer service, public relations, administrative support, or retail sales reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
