Pay Rate: $28-32/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:
• Partnering with managers to identify hiring needs and develop/implement staffing strategies
• Identifying and pursuing potential recruiting resources
• Managing the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, phone screens, selection, offers, negotiation & closing, and onboarding paperwork
• Interacting with Compensation on hiring recommendations and communicating final offers to hiring managers
• Assisting with orientations, onboarding, and processing of new hire paperwork
• Coordinating pre-employment testing and background checks
• Developing professional relationships with local organizations
• Conducting reference checks and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a four-year university degree required
• Workday Exp PREFERRED
• Have one or more years of experience in a recruiting role or supporting a full-life cycle recruitment team
• Have knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing and recruitment methodologies/techniques
• Possess excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Have working knowledge of automated recruiting and application tracking systems
• Have the ability to work under pressure and with last-minute time constraints
