Kelly Services is actively looking for a Healthcare Compliance Specialist for a long term (1+ year) engagement with one of our global clients located in Raynham, MA.
Term: 1+ years
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Pay rate starts at: $50/hour + benefits + PTO
Health Care Compliance Specialist: Provide transactional/day-to-day support. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve end user issues, escalating as needed. Perform HCC monitoring activities lead required resolution efforts with R D business partners Create and maintain training materials; conduct new user and ad hoc trainings. Support continuous improvement efforts through completion of assigned tasks communication of issues and needs. Maintenance/monitoring of HCC departmental records. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced working environment.
Duties:
- Provide HCC support for the North America R D - Third Party Intermediary Due Diligence Process
- Become proficient with applicable TPI DD-related policies
- IT systems e.g., FIRST Provide HCC administrative support system assistance to ensure that TPI DD requirements are adhered to and that approvals are obtained in a timely manner
- Monitor Supplier/Vendor TPI DD status to ensure that Suppliers/Vendors remain active/current.
- Liaise with R D Business Sponsors/Approvers, KPMG, HCC Legal colleagues
- Other Functional Areas as required to address challenges as they arise.
- Review approve assigned HCC sensitive transactions in the Totality system for assigned business units functional areas
- Attain proficiency with applicable HCC-related policies
- Provide compliance guidance support related to: HCC policy requirements, required HCC documentation, reputational checks, FMV assessments, transparency reporting, etc.
- Assist with triaging and/or resolving inquiries pertaining to technical issues.
- HCC Monitoring Assist in the development execution of the North America R D
- HCC Monitoring Activities, including: Generate relevant system reports and execute quarterly monitoring of HCC sensitive transactions, payments expense reporting.
- Monitor the TPI DD status of R D Vendors
- Summarize and review monitoring results with applicable R D HCCOs.
- Lead required resolution efforts, if applicable
- Update monitoring plan activity in R D systems as required e.g., RAMI, Highbond, SP, etc.
- Metrics Collect and maintain metrics from various tracking and review systems.
- Provide a comprehensive list used to populate the compliance dashboard.
- Training and Communication Support Develop and provide training.
- Provide courteous support and assistance to business partners
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Perform ad hoc requests and special projects as directed by R D HCCOs.
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives and significant process improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong customer interface experience
- Experience with training and issue resolution
- Ability to read, understand explain Company policies
- Strong work ethic ability to work independently involving HCC management as required
- Ability to work proactively, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced working environment to meet deadlines
- Computer skills including: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
