Job Title: Health Account Executive – Direct Hire!

Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a health account executive, where you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with clients in Michigan. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a knack for personalized insurance solutions. With a flexible schedule and a supportive environment, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Greater Grand Rapids
- Salary: 55,000-$60,000
- Shift: Day shift (8-hour shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Generate leads through networking events, client referrals, and professional referrals.
-Educate clients on coverage options, providing personalized 1-on-1 advice and designing tailored insurance packages.
-Identify opportunities for cross-selling to fill coverage gaps where appropriate.
-Manage workload and appointments in an organized manner, maintaining agency and individual CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Michigan Resident Health license with 2 years of related experience OR 3 years of comparable experience with the ability to become licensed within 30 days of hire.
-AHIP / FWA Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire.
-ACA / FFM Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire.
-Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
-Customer-facing background with strong customer service experience.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Google/Microsoft applications with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
