General Labor 2nd shift working Mon-Thursday 1:00pm – 11:30pm with an hourly rate of $19.00hr ($18.00base + $1.00 shift diff) 3rd shift working Mon-Thursday 3:00am – 1:30pm with an hourly rate of $18.00hr. Descriptions & Responsibilities: Mixing: Reading and following manufacturing order instructions listing which ingredients you will gather, measure, weigh, and document the amount needed. Loading required ingredients (that may weigh up to 50lbs.) into a mixer, blending the ingredients based on time specifications, and unloading mixer to transfer mixed batch to next process. Extrusion Process: Process mixing batches through extrusion equipment to make the finished product. Uses product controls to conduct product sensory to ensure the finished product matches customer specifications throughout the extrusion process. Polishing: Responsible for managing and transferring finished product from our extrusion and drying processes. Put's the “finishing touch” on finished product using our panning process which require loading finished product from drums, carts, or trays into our polishing pans and adding liquid ingredients by hand or automation. Finishing: Responsible for managing the transfer of finished products from our extrusion processes using drums, carts, or trays to the next process. Warehouse Must have warehouse experience and be able to provide support, must have forklift (sit-down or stand-up). Understand how a warehouse works.

Duties include but not limited to:wrapping a pallet, hand-jack to move drums from here to there, putting labels, tagging, re-tagging

No jewelry or piercings allowed from the waist up due to it being a food facility
No acrylic nails, nail polish, and fake lashes allowed
No watches are allowed (other than medic alert or plain wedding band)
No gum chewing or any type of hard candy allowed in production
No cell phones are allowed on the production floor 1st shift (Mon-Thur 3am-130pm, Fri 8hr shift 5am-130pm) Pay Rate $19.00hr 2nd shift (Mon-Thur 1pm-1130pm, Fri 8hr shift 1pm-930pm) Pay Rate $19.50hr Description & Responsibilities: Uses stand-up and sit-down forklift trucks to organize materials in warehouse and allergen rack. Rotates all stock to ensure first, first out material movement and usage. Uses computers /tablets to print shipments/orders using the Mapics / SAP system. Use Excel to create shipment/order placards & outlook to email information and communication. Reads and follows customer order requirements as dictated on printed picklists checking items/lots and quantities for accuracy. Uses RF scanners to pick and allocate shipments in proper FIFO. Builds pallets to proper industry standards and stretch wraps to best practice to ensure commodity arrives to customer in acceptable manner without damages. Ensures any variance to inventory during picking is reported to lead/supervisor and followed through with cycle counts. When loading trailers follow proper trailer loading checklist/procedures and double checks orders for accuracy. Assist with warehouse sanitation and organization according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Assists in all areas of warehouse including shipping and receiving, warehouse and materials projects. Ensures all safety rules are adhered to; communicating issues or concerns that cannot be resolved by crew or supervisors. Participates in the Quality and Safety Programs. Performs all other related duties as required. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one-year(1yr) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One-year (1yr) experience operating a sit-down and stand-up forklift truck. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, bills of lading and other related shipping documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and ability to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
