Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $29-$32/hour (based on experience).
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite (Schenectady, NY)

What's a typical day as FPM Operations Process Specialist? You'll be:
- Providing overall operations and analytical support to the Onshore Wind team, including management of key business operations such as RACES SR management, Lifespan Task Management, and Parts Ordering.
- Conducting data analysis and project management forecasting to inform business recommendations.
- Operations support through process map creation, workflow management, collaboration on databases, project work, and RCA assistance
- Point of contact liaison for coordination of annually recurring training for Field teams
- Team leader for various data streams including but not limited to all purchase order and invoice activity as well as queue management
- Weekly Budget Tracker & PO Tracker (uploaded weekly to GE Box)
- System support for RACES, Service Now, Toolbox, Oracle, Parts Usage, Receiving, Material Workbench, Cogs, Error Report, Performance, and Smart Sheet metrics libraries
- Timely and accurate Purchase Order (PO) Creation, invoicing and reconciliation

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant experience required.  Bachelors Degree preferred - Have advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and other Microsoft applications.
- Are a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
