Pay Rate:  
$24-26/hour

Schedule: 
Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
 
Responsibilities:

• Formulate and aliquot reagents using aseptic manufacturing techniques.
• Build and prepare fill equipment and participate in GMP aseptic filling operations.
• Conduct line clearance and closeout responsibilities.
• Clean and recover classified areas and workspaces; prepare components.
• Issue raw materials via QAD/Eagle and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform labeling and packaging, lot yield verification.
• Operate and perform minor troubleshooting on lab equipment including pH meters, refractometers, autoclaves, automated fillers, and analytical balances.
• Manage inventory movement, stock lab/prep raw materials, and conduct cycle counting of inventory.
• Maintain equipment through calibrations and preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Execute installation/operation/performance qualifications (IOPQs).
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for each formulation process and lead improvement projects.
• Act as a point-of-contact for investigations and facilitate daily activities of formulation associates.
• Perform batch record reviews and logbook reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including proper disposal of chemical waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience with reagent manufacturing and GMP.
