Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Associate, you'll support essential financial functions, including:

• Managing communications, responding to RD credit emails, and following up on outstanding issues.
• Sorting and distributing mail within the tax department and providing backup support for the tax admin mailbox.
• Assisting with purchase order management, expense tracking, accruals, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) tasks.
• Processing payments and check requests for federal, state, and miscellaneous expenses.
• Preparing and posting monthly journal entries and managing IT costs associated with KPMG.
• Handling state notices, mailing requirements, and supporting various administrative tasks like updating organizational charts and preparing reports.

• Hold a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree with one year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, or business preferred).
• Are proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

• Have a strong understanding of general office practices and can handle sensitive information.
• Are adaptable and able to switch tasks seamlessly as demands evolve.
