Facilitador Tecnico - Servicio al cliente
Salario: $11.00 ph 

Responsabilidades:
• Responsable de la gestión de inventario de suministros
• Responsable de la lectura de medidores y suministro de papel
• Coordinando los equipos de remoción, instalación y capacitación
• Proporcionando informes y respondiendo llamadas de nivel de servicio 1
• Satisfaciendo la demanda diaria del cliente resolviendo situaciones básicas de equipos con fotocopiadoras, impresoras y escáneres
• Contactando al Soporte Técnico de IT para obtener ayuda con reparaciones o programación y coordinando soluciones para los clientes

Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes estudios en sistemas de información y/o conocimiento de equipos de fotocopiado, impresoras, escáneres o tecnología relacionada
• Estás disponible para trabajar a tiempo completo. 
• Tienes excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y servicio al cliente
• Eres detallista y organizado
