Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $13/hour plus commission

• Unlimited sales leads
• Unlimited commission
• Ability to work Saturdays when needed
• Potential to work from home or hybrid schedule (must qualify)
• Schedule- 9-6 after successful training  (training schedule is different)

What's a typical day as an Executive Consultant? You'll be:

• Making initial sales presentations and follow-up phone calls to prospective clients.
• Engaging in solution selling and educating customers on services offered.
• Exceeding Quality Assurance expectations.
• Maintaining a lead tracking database.
• Corresponding with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Generating and sending sales contracts to customers.
• Meeting weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals.
• Ensuring regular and consistent attendance and performing any additional duties to meet business needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are a highly motivated, self-starter with strong internet and computer software skills.
• Can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays.
• Possess proven customer service skills and proper note-taking abilities.
• Have the ability to effectively manage time while at work.
• Are proficient with CRM, Outlook, MS Office and have a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
