Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Overview: Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a prestigious non-profit organization in St. Louis, MO. This Temp-to-Hire position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in multitasking, particularly with calendar and email management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the executive team.
Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Conduct research and prepare briefings for executive meetings.
Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Support the executive team with various special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, particularly in a non-profit organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a self-starter.
Previous experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
Familiarity with iPhones for professional communication and scheduling.
