Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr
Shifts: Several shift options during the day between 6:30am-7pm
Dates: 4/23-4/25
What's a typical day as Event Staff? You'll be:
• Assisting with the onsite registration process using the OnArrival 360 system.
• Printing badges for attendees as they arrive and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
• Using computers and iPads; quick learners and strong typing skills are a must.
• Possess strong typing skills and can effectively use a printer.
• Providing exceptional customer service by being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
OR
• Checking multiple meeting rooms and ensuring all setups are in order, reporting to the Event Coordinator.
• Dialing into conference call lines onsite and assisting with technical needs as required.
• Distributing meeting and speaker signs, taking attendee counts, and logging counts accurately in Excel.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous convention or meeting experience, with a strong ability to multitask.
• Are proficient in using a computer and have experience with conference call systems.
• Can stand for long periods and are willing to walk quickly between rooms, demonstrating good physical stamina.
