Schedule/Pay Rate:
HOURS WILL VARY, MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE

  • Set-up Assistants - $24/hr
  • Forklift - $27.25

  • 5/12-5/18 - Michigan International Speedway, Formula IC
  • 5/30-6/7 - Mcity, AutoDrive Challenge
  • 6/16-6/22 - Michigan International Speedway, Formula EV

What's a typical day as an Event Set-up Assistant? You'll be:
- Assisting with the setup and teardown of event items, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event.
- Working outdoors and on your feet throughout your shift, contributing to various setup tasks like unloading PODs, setting flags, and placing signage.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated individuals, reporting to the Event Coordinator.
-  Forklift positions will operate a forklift 50% of the day.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are willing to be on your feet and moving all day, with no specific experience required.
- Have a positive attitude and are ready to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Are available for various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings during event weeks.
- Forklift positions require a valid forklift certification.
