Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30-$40 per hr. DOE
Work hours  7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
Contract Position that is supposed to go between 3 and 9 months.

What's a typical day as Environmental Health & Safety Technician? You'll be:
• Partnering with Corporate EHS to determine weekly activities and ensure alignment with safety goals.
• Completing, reviewing, and approving daily safety plans and permits to maintain compliance.
• Performing observations of work crews to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have knowledge of OSHA General Industry and Construction Standards, particularly in fall control, scaffolding, and cranes and rigging (must have).
• Are familiar with federal and state hazardous and non-hazardous waste management requirements (must have).
• Possess strong communication skills to clearly convey requirements and expectations to a diverse workforce (must have).
• Are physically capable of climbing ladders and stairs (preferred).
