Job Title: Entry-Level Production Associate
Location: Fargo, ND
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 3:25pm – 1:55am, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $15.00 + .50 cent shift differential

Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a growing manufacturing team? We're hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to support various hands-on roles within our clients PVC pipe production process. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
As a Production Associate, you'll support various parts of the manufacturing process:

  • Working with your hands to help build, shape, or prepare pipe parts
  • Using simple machines or tools (training provided!) to heat and form materials
  • Keeping materials stocked and organized for the team
  • Following instructions to complete tasks safely and correctly
  • Helping clean up your work area at the end of each shift
  • Recording your work so we can track production and quality

Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, warning labels, and postings
  • Able to measure accurately to within 1/8 inch
  • Able to count and keep track of parts
  • Must be able to walk between workstations carrying products of various weights
