Engineering Program Coordinator – Jacksonville, FL
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Engineering Program Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Job Description:
- Provide support for Financial Cycles JU, NU, BP.
- Provide PO support for aCREW Monthly Management for the cost center.
- Manage Capital Review Committee process for site capital approvals.
- Monitor, coordinate and communicate capital spend performance.
- Provide eMarketplace support.
- Provide operational support for Manufacturing Engineering Cost Center.
- Provide tracking for Contractor usage.
- Provide tracking for POs.
- Provide General administrative / Operational support for Engineering organization
- Support Resource Management forecast updates for team level loading and resource gap identification.
The main responsibilities around the role would be in 3 main categories:
- Capital governance- creating/managing purchase orders and monitoring spend to target
- Capital Appropriation- connecting with project managers and driving their unapproved capital requests through the Capital Review process
- Resource Management- Supporting updates to our resource management tool through our quarterly updated periods.
Qualifications/Desired Skills:
- Collaboration/communication: The individual for this role will need strong collaboration skills as they will be working across a large number of project managers.
- Excel Knowledge: Many of the reports are exported to Excel- a knowledge of Excel will be helpful in reviewing these reports. The level of reporting used is mostly pivot tables and column look ups that can be learned, but basic skills would provide a strong foundation.
- Adaptability to learn new systems: Several platforms are used such as eMarketplace, Planisware, Smartsheets, and SAP. Training will be provided on these programs, but a quick adaptability to learn new systems will be valuable.
- Organization/documentation: A large number of projects are managed and POs, maintaining organization to not let anything slip through the cracks is imperative.
- Proactive- To manage the list of unapproved projects that come through you will need to be proactive in their approach in order to confirm spend timing 2-3 months in advance the average amount of time it takes a project to go through approval process
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: Associates Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
