Kelly Services is seeking an experienced solderer for a busy Electronics Manufacturer located in Melbourne, FL 32904

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Shift: 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Temp to Hire

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will hold an active IPC Certification and have proven experience in soldering PCB boards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to our success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering of PCB boards in compliance with active IPC Certification standards.
• Ensure all soldering processes adhere to safety standards.
• Inspect and test all soldered components to guarantee quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and repair any defective components as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities.
• Assist in the training and development of new technicians.

Qualifications:

• Skills:
• Active IPC Certification.Required
• Extensive experience soldering PCB boards.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in soldering.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management capabilities.
