Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders.
- Pull and prepare online orders for shipping or in-store pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office, Counterpoint, Shipstation, Gorgeous, Magento, eBay, and Amazon, to manage orders and customer interactions efficiently.

- Comfortable working with and handling hunting, fishing, camping, and sporting gear.
- Proficiency in using various software systems related to e-commerce operations.
