Distribution Associate - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a Distribution Associate to work on 2nd shift at a leading company in Montgomery, Alabama. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate:$17.70 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 10:30am to 7:30pm Saturdays and overtime on an as needed basis.
Position Type: Temp to hire

What's a typical day as Distribution Associate? You'll be:
- Moving heavy freight for most of your shift
- Using walk-behind/electric pallet jacks and end-riders
- Marking pallets with identifying store information and using manual pallet jacks or forklifts (certification provided post-training)
- Picking and staging parts for store replenishment
- Using a hand-held radio frequency device RF Scanner
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior warehouse training or experience (preferred but not required)
- Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Can use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Are committed to working your full scheduled shift, including potential overtime, holidays, and weekends if needed
