Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Optimize Content Marketing Efforts:
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
  • Ensure all content is SEO optimized through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
  • Maintain and update website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for increased engagement and conversions.
  • Develop compelling email and SMS content for targeted campaigns.
  • Enhance SEO and Website Performance:
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify technical and on-page SEO opportunities.
  • Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices and resolve technical issues.
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key SEO metrics.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and visibility.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive rankings.
  • Leverage Social Media Channels:
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and increase reach.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate social media performance and optimize future campaigns.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries to foster community growth.
  • Manage and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Implement and optimize campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
  • Create and schedule social media posts to drive engagement and align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Support the creation and distribution of content tailored to different audience segments.
  • Manage the execution of both paid and organic social media strategies.
  • Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance:
  • Track, analyze, and interpret data from digital campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
  • Generate reports on key performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms for data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the digital strategy. Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education/Expertise:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Job Requirements/Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, including blog writing, social media posts, and email templates.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) and basic HTML knowledge.
  • Leadership and Personal Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and techniques.
