Job Title:  Data Management Specialist (Quality Assurance Specialist)
Pay rate: Can go up to $82 per hour
Duration: 12 months
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Fremont, CA, 94538

Job Summary:
The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing accurate data for new product launches and existing products. This role involves collaborating with new product launch teams, project team members, and business process owners to ensure data integrity and effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Master and Transactional Data across ERP and partner systems.
  • Perform data analytics activities for quality systems data.
  • Identify actionable insights for the business and cross-functional teams.
  • Support quality projects and initiatives.
  • Respond to business requests related to data management and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct systematic data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills to assess problems and find solutions.
  • Independent, proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting business insights.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
