Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18.50/hr

What's a typical day as a Customer Services Representative? You'll be:
• Handling customer calls in an efficient and professional manner.
• Providing first call resolution and creating loyal and satisfied customers.
• Troubleshooting and explaining products to customers.
• Accepting and processing sales orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinating the distribution of orders to production areas and shipping department.
• Sourcing sales orders to the appropriate distribution center and/or stocking location to minimize freight cost and expedite order delivery.
• Preparing daily shipments for invoicing and verifying orders for accuracy.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of office customer service experience.
• Can type a minimum of 35wpm.
• Have strong computer skills.
