About the Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, managing the customer experience from start to finish. You will be part of a supportive team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with logistics, all while prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and accurate responses.

Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8AM-5PM
Hourly Pay Rate: $18 Hourly
Benefit Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, & Holiday Pay
Location: Norton Shores, Michigan 49441

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, offering professional and timely communication
  • Manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries through a shared inbox
  • Prioritize urgent customer requests and monitor order status
  • Support logistics and inventory management, ensuring smooth parts processing and delivery
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve issues and escalations
  • Provide regular reporting to keep the business running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Experience in customer service, especially in a fast-moving industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus)
  • High school diploma required; logistics or inventory management experience preferred
