Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and queries promptly
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Provide information about our services and products
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
