As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care and creating lasting value for our clients. You will engage with customers through phone, email, and web correspondence, addressing service inquiries, processing payments, updating accounts, and resolving customer issues
In this role, you will:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Process credit card and e-check payments for both replenishments and violations.
• Open cases for unresolved customer inquiries and follow up as necessary.
• Address customer complaints by researching and adjusting account discrepancies.
• Manage email correspondence and handle customer disputes professionally.
• Update customer accounts, invoices, and payment information accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of customer-focused service, fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Schedule and Compensation
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time opportunities with a schedule between 10 AM – 7 PM ET (Monday-Friday) and 9 AM – 5 PM (Saturday).
• Career Advancement: Potential for conversion based on performance.
This role is a great fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bring 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a proven attendance record and a positive attitude.
• Are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Have working knowledge of MS Outlook and basic computer skills.
