Kelly Services is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative for a busy manufacturer located in Orlando, FL 32837.
Pay- $25/hour. Depends on Experience
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

The Customer Service Representative serves as the central point of contact between external customers and internal staff for all order entry and order management related activities. The Customer Service Representative provides high quality and professional care by working collaboratively to proactively address and resolve all internal and external customer inquiries.
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be capable of fulfilling each essential job function satisfactorily. Essential Job Functions
- Manage customer demand from initial order placement through to on-time delivery for assigned accounts and sales representatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Graphics, S&OP, Planning, Scheduling, Data Control, Production, Shipping, Product, etc.) to monitor all open and finished orders, including schedule changes, new designs, graphics changes, and customer requirements.
- Advise customers of any delays and evaluate/implement alternative solutions to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Work with customers and sales reps to manage finished goods levels and aged inventory proactively.
- Coordinate the scheduling of customer shipments and input shipping information into the ERP system. Expedite rush shipments and monitor their progress through delivery as applicable.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Sales to ensure all pricing changes/updates are communicated timely to the appropriate teams.
- Assist customers, sales reps, management, or coworkers with inquiries, complaints, and resolution of complex issues.
- Build customer loyalty by providing prompt, professional, and efficient service while focusing on opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
- Know and follow all safety policies and procedures and be committed to ISO and food safety practices.
- Enter daily machine hours into the ERP system with strict attention to detail.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related professional experience.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- ERP Knowledge: Working knowledge of core Baan or ERP systems
- Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Internet use.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Stress Management: Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with prompt follow-up on issues.
- Listening and Organizational Skills: Excellent listening skills; strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
