Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
This position offers a retention bonus after 6, 12, and 18 months of employment, along with pay increases based on the same timeline.

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Supporting the John Deere e-Commerce Contact Center by taking inbound calls from customers and dealers regarding part orders or items available for purchase on Shop.Deere.com.
• Making occasional outbound calls to research and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Documenting every interaction effectively in our internal case management system, handling approximately 15-20 calls per day.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, along with prior experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels.
• Possess at least 6 months of customer service or support experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and proficiently use Microsoft Office products.
