Pay & Shift: 

• 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday
• $20.00 - $26.00 DOE

What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Handling incoming telephone, online, mail, and fax orders from customers, ensuring accurate data entry in the order entry computer system.
- Collaborating with co-workers to effectively manage and complete the workload while liaising between various departments to support customer needs.
- Following up with customers regarding any changes to their orders and assisting in collecting scheduled orders for the shipping department.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a customer service environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, and have a good working knowledge of office machines.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and handle multiple tasks with solid judgment.
