What's a typical day as Call Center Representative? You'll be:
• Actively listening to customers to identify their needs, concerns, and complaints while using techniques to defuse tense phone calls.
• Maintaining professional cross-functional relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with response times and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with special projects and assignments as required.
