At Kelly®, we're passionate about helping you find the job that's just right. We're seeking Contract Customer Service Representatives for John Deere in Johnston for an 8 month assignment with a schedule of Friday through Monday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Remote schedule is not available.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
•Provide product/service information and respond to customer and dealer questions
• Working tickets through a ticketing system that come from Dealer/Customer requests
• Create follow up actions and enter relevant information into various internal systems
• Managing contract, legal entity and tax rules conversations
• Navigating through diverse tools that have complex interfaces
• Using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and One Note
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex conversations in real time
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Using complex multilevel scripts and processes to clarify customer information
• Demonstrated team skills and written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
• Experience working directly with John Deere customers and dealers
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles for software licensing models
• Cross functional experience in product management, sales, marketing, legal, data, accounting, order fulfillment, etc.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve problems
