Location: Coppell, TX

Salary: $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Fully On-Site)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medicare and Medicaid Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for Medicare and Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while providing exceptional service to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Processing: Oversee the enrollment of clients into Medicare and Medicaid programs, ensuring all applications are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families regarding Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information throughout the process.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all enrollment activities, including client files, correspondence, and application documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, including understanding eligibility requirements and changes in policies.
- Outreach and Education: Conduct outreach to potential clients to educate them about Medicare and Medicaid options, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as case managers and healthcare providers, to facilitate a smooth enrollment process and address any issues that arise.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on enrollment activities, trends, and outcomes for management review.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the initial enrollment with Medicare and Medicaid programs (have worked in the State Medicare and Medicaid office).
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enrollment management software.
