Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$85K base salary + $7,200 car allowance

What's a typical day as Controller? You'll be:
- Supervising and guiding the Finance Department, ensuring the accuracy of accounting activities, transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, all in line with efficiency and quality standards.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations.
- Leading the annual audit process and collaborating with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address findings.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least (5) five years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Dynamics (GP).
- Experience on audits, taxes and public accounting (required)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
