Payrate: $16.00/hr
Dealership Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sundays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Schedule: 8-hour shift, ideally working both weekend days and 3 week days. Scheduling is flexible but open availability preferred

What's a typical day like as a Service Valet Representative?
- Services as a front-line representative to customers in the Service Department of the dealership. Greets guests as they visit the dealership, answers basic inquiries about vehicles and communicates basic information. Assists in other areas as needed.
- Requires the associate to drives the vehicle from the valet drive to the appropriate area and walk back to the valet drive.
- When a guest arrives to pick up their vehicle, retrieve the key and walk to vehicle location
- Drive guest's vehicle through the car wash and vacuum
- Greeting all guests entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Answering our guest's questions, collecting our guest's vehicle information; determining our guest's initial service needs, preparing initial service order, and directing guests to the appropriate person or location
- Responsible for maintaining service traffic flow and parking
- Recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- Maintaining a clean and safe service area free of dirt, water, leaves, etc.
- Providing courteous, friendly, and professional service to customers
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Assist other departments as needed
This job might be a perfect fit if you:
- Possess a valid driver's license in the state of Florida and have a clean motor vehicle record for the past three years.
- Are at least 21 years old.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Can work in various weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, cold, etc.).
- Can bend and kneel to check tire pressure on vehicles, vacuum vehicles, light lifting when needed
- Tech Savvy, knowing basic iPad Functions
