5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Monday – Friday

$22 per hour

What's a typical day as a Production and Packing worker?

• This location makes liquid flavors used in beverages
• You will spend part of your time working as a Compounder (machine operator) and part of the time in Packaging, packing finished products for shipping
• Weigh and measure raw ingredients to ensure quality of the product.
• Mixing/heating of ingredients to ensure quality and consistency in batches.
• Operate pumps, mixers, scales, high density storage units, meters, and computers.
• Sanitize equipment including pumps, pots, kettles, tanks, blenders, and mixers.
• Perform lock out / tag out on machines.
• Move finished product using forklift.
• Fill out batch containers at the proper weights and in proper containers and marking containers with labels.
• Create and print shipping labels.
• Maintain inventory information on filling materials and report to shortages to supervisor.
• Data input into SAP system.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a food warehouse or food manufacturing environment. Compounding experience REQUIRED
• Can operate a forklift.
• Are physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds and moving up to 400 pounds with equipment.
