Position: Compliance and Payroll Administrator
Location: Encino Office (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20-22 an hour DOE
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Encino. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring payroll compliance and supporting customers with prevailing wage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and experience working with compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload and maintain current payroll compliance records in systems such as LCP Tracker, OCPS, DIR, eComply, and the LAUSD Portal.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers needing assistance with prevailing wage projects.
  • Prepare and submit forms for pre-project startup and post-project compliance.
  • Run bi-weekly reports on payroll systems to ensure all prevailing wage projects remain current.
  • Manage the shared customer service email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Track and manage Employee Deduction and Information Forms.
  • Locate and send tickets and invoices to customers as needed.
Required Skills and Tools

This position will require proficiency in:

  • Software: Outlook, Excel, JDE, and in-house software (Integra).
  • Skills: Excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
