Job Title: Collection Specialist

Location: Hayward, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday  |  8:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary/Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/HR (DOE)

What's a Typical Day as a Collection Specialist?

As a Collection Specialist, you will be:

• Responsible for collections for 3 locations
• Responsible for collecting aging invoices and reporting updates to managers and sales team.
• Reporting and follow up for rebills / disputes
• Responding to customer requests for invoices/disputes
• Uploading invoices to Ops, Vendor Café, etc.
• Communicating with customers (both verbal and written) 
• Providing additional support to A/R department when needed.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

• Have 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience, specifically in collections.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Are proficient in Excel and Access, with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
