Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$13.46 ph + Benefits such as: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Bonuses, etc. (Direct Hire opportunity)

What's a typical day as Collections Representative? You'll be:
- Managing collection efforts for outstanding debts, identifying overdue payments, and processing necessary actions to recover payments from clients.
- Keeping the Controller and upper management informed about outstanding balances and received payments.
- Assisting with various clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Administrative Assistance from an accredited institution.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks, and basic knowledge of Field Edge.
- Are bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
